Rexel Canada Atlantic, a division of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc., is a premier electrical wholesale distributor with 18 branches serving the Maritimes and Newfoundland & Labrador.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify new potential customers in the territory. Develop and execute account strategies from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaborate with customers using a consultative sales approach to address their business challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
Partner with vendors to enhance mutual business growth strategies annually.
Maintain strong customer relationships by sharing sales promotions and providing excellent service.
Create and deliver structured sales proposals highlighting product features, benefits, and value.
Address customer concerns and nurture key business partnerships in the assigned area.
Coordinate with Inside Sales and Branch teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Provide market insights and feedback to marketing/product management on pricing, trends, and opportunities.
Prepare accurate account and sales reports in a timely manner.
Conduct quarterly account reviews to identify additional opportunities with existing or new product offerings.

Qualifications:

Hold a College diploma or equivalent qualification.
Demonstrated client service skills and preferably a minimum of 3 years in commercial and industrial outside sales.
Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems.
