Description

In this role you will be expected to:

Conduct regular Restaurant Audits, measuring Operating Standards, Food Safety, Guest Experience & Franchise Partner Success
Optimize Osmow's business practices to improve profitability, Restaurant growth, Franchise Partner engagement & financial performance
Ensure you maintain current training requirements & deliver training as need to Franchise Partners & Restaurant Teams
Work cooperatively with all District Managers & Osmow's Support Team to implement Osmow's Brand objectives, develop business practices & provide actionable feedback

Who you are:

2+ years' experience in the Restaurant Industry or District Management role
Ability to work a fulltime schedule (including evenings and weekends if necessary)
Strong communication skills
You will need your own car to travel and a valid driver's license
Experience in food safety
