Customer Service Representative

Currently we are hiring for a
:Customer Service Representative


The Customer Support Specialist is a "people person", loves to problem solve, and can communicate effectively with a multitude of different personality types and stakeholders.

You are responsible for creating and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling their product inquiries, and executing their product orders with our warehouse & logistics partners.

You think one step ahead of our customer by ensuring product is available when they call and signal changes in their demand when they happen.


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and the multitude of personality types
  • Willingness to engage with customers as well as adapt and learn about different geographies
  • Execute product orders and product inquiries from customers
  • Oversee facilitation of logistics from warehouse to customers
  • Proactively manage inventory at warehouses supply request, counts, forecast demand
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure proper product placement and product availability
  • General understanding of Accounts Receivable and invoicing

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills
  • Customer service or related experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Diploma or Degree in Business or Agriculture

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced in the agriculture industry and supply chain
  • Resourceful the best solution might not be the first one. Use the tools at your disposal to find the best approach to solving problems.
  • Tech Savvy you can navigate around different systems and online tools, especially Microsoft Office tools
  • Must work well under pressure and be able to juggle projects simultaneously
