We're Looking For:

You Are:

  • Detail Oriented. You will ensure accuracy in all aspects of your position.
  • Adaptable. You can thrive in a fastpaced environment and handle high volumes of documents efficiently.
  • A Problem Solver. You possess strong problemsolving skills to address any issues that may arise

You Will:

  • Efficiently process high volumes of checks, credit card, ACH and wire payments received into SAP.
  • Communicate professionally with other OPENLANE departments to resolve concerns with inbound payments
  • Collaborate daily with Team Lead, Sales, Dealer Services and Finance ensuring SLA's are met
  • Accurately maintain data in SAP, V1, and Salesforce.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Manager

Must Have's:

  • High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and stay organized
  • Ability to clearly communicate both internally and externally

Nice to Have's:

  • Bilingualism in English & French would be considered an asset
  • Previous auto industry experience
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce & SAP
