We're Looking For:
You Are:
- Detail Oriented. You will ensure accuracy in all aspects of your position.
- Adaptable. You can thrive in a fastpaced environment and handle high volumes of documents efficiently.
- A Problem Solver. You possess strong problemsolving skills to address any issues that may arise
You Will:
- Efficiently process high volumes of checks, credit card, ACH and wire payments received into SAP.
- Communicate professionally with other OPENLANE departments to resolve concerns with inbound payments
- Collaborate daily with Team Lead, Sales, Dealer Services and Finance ensuring SLA's are met
- Accurately maintain data in SAP, V1, and Salesforce.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Manager
Must Have's:
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and stay organized
- Ability to clearly communicate both internally and externally
Nice to Have's:
- Bilingualism in English & French would be considered an asset
- Previous auto industry experience
- Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce & SAP
