We are looking for a Permanent Full-time, Associate Manager, Employment Services for our Oshawa branch.

Key Job Functions

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services, eligibility of programs that we administer through Employment Ontario, and how we can support the individual needs of job seekers.
  • Provide support to Director, Employment Services (scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and completing administrative tasks).
  • Assist with project management to support and manage projects and initiatives by coordinating with team members and tracking progress.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports, conducts market research.
  • Participate in strategic planning by supporting the planning process by preparing and compiling reports to help achieve short and longterm goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, community partners and leadership team.
  • Provide back up support to Branch Manager role in absences.
  • Other duties pertaining to the position, as required.

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
