WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Full-time Stewarding Supervisor TO JOIN OUR STEWARDING TEAM

You make us who we are. We have an exciting opportunity within our Stewarding Team as a Stewarding Supervisor.


The Stewarding Supervisor will be responsible for stewarding operations and overall cleanliness of Kitchen and Food & Beverage areas of the hotel.

Responsibilities includes assisting to supervise a team of Steward Colleagues, supplying china, silverware, glassware, stocking and pushing hot boxes, dishwashing from all kitchen areas and scheduling.


WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME IN THIS ROLE?

  • Clean all dishes and maintain cleanliness in all area
  • Clean kitchen areas including sweeping, mopping and deep cleaning using chemicals
  • Reach overhead, below the knees, waist level lifting, forward bending, kneeling
  • Shifts will be offered as they become available.
  • Valid work authorization for Canada

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years Stewarding, Culinary, or related experience
  • A desire to excel, train for management level positions
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies, cleaning agents and chemicals
  • Flexibility to work evening, holidays, weekends
  • Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
  • Ability to lift and push equipment at various weight levels

This role will typically allow a minimum of 32 hours per week.

The starting hourly rate for this role is $22 CAD per hour

$22.00 per hour
