Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and guests
- Present yourself professionally and be helpful with all interactions
- Provide meeting booking assistance and ensure everything is in order before the meeting starts
- Attend to the respective requirements of the meetings _(coffee, water, lunches, snacks, etc.)_
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Required Skills and Qualities
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role
- Experience with Cisco Unified Call Manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Selfmotivated and takes initiative
