Job responsibilities:

  • Reports to General Manager
  • Providing experience to our guests as per our Service commitment, Service Beyond.
  • Following company Health & Safety guidelines and maintaining a safe, secure and healthy workplace.
  • Other duties as required.


  • Food and Beverage

  • Front of House
  • Recruit, Train and Coach seasonal employees: servers, bartenders, host, beverage cart attendant, concession stand attendants (Ranch House).
  • Lead scheduling, purchasing, and inventory management.
  • Participate in budget process.
  • Execute all events on property (small weddings and tournaments)
  • Monitoring and ensuring completion of all opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.


  • Golf Operations

  • Front of House
  • Recruit, Train and Coach seasonal employees: Guest Service Agents, Outside Service Agents.
  • Lead scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Participate in budget process.
  • Collaborate on purchasing.
  • Collaborate on rate management.


  • Lodging Operations

  • Front Desk / Housekeeping
  • Recruit, Train and Coach seasonal employees: Guest Service Agents and Cleaners.
  • Lead scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Participate in budget process.
  • Collaborate on purchasing.
  • Collaborate on rate management.

Requirements:


  • A high school diploma or GED requires. A diploma or degree in hospitality is an asset.
  • Driver's license is required.
  • ProServe Certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years of Lodging Experience
  • Minimum 4 years of Food and beverage/ Restaurant Manager experience is required.
  • Minimum 12 years of coordinating Wedding Events experience is required
  • Good wine knowledge or a certified sommelier is an asset.
  • Should be eligible to work in Canada fulltime.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment and flexible hours.
  • Experience with the restaurant point of sale system and lodging property management system is an asset.
  • Able to work overtime is a requirement.
  • Able to lift, push or pull up to 40Ibs.
  • Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
