Job responsibilities:

Reports to General Manager
Providing experience to our guests as per our Service commitment, Service Beyond.
Following company Health & Safety guidelines and maintaining a safe, secure and healthy workplace.
Other duties as required.

Food and Beverage

Front of House
Recruit, Train and Coach seasonal employees: servers, bartenders, host, beverage cart attendant, concession stand attendants (Ranch House).
Lead scheduling, purchasing, and inventory management.
Participate in budget process.
Execute all events on property (small weddings and tournaments)
Monitoring and ensuring completion of all opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.

Golf Operations

Front of House
Recruit, Train and Coach seasonal employees: Guest Service Agents, Outside Service Agents.
Lead scheduling, and inventory management.
Participate in budget process.
Collaborate on purchasing.
Collaborate on rate management.

Lodging Operations

Front Desk / Housekeeping
Recruit, Train and Coach seasonal employees: Guest Service Agents and Cleaners.
Lead scheduling, and inventory management.
Participate in budget process.
Collaborate on purchasing.
Collaborate on rate management.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or GED requires. A diploma or degree in hospitality is an asset.
Driver's license is required.
ProServe Certificate or equivalent.
Minimum 12 years of Lodging Experience
Minimum 4 years of Food and beverage/ Restaurant Manager experience is required.
Minimum 12 years of coordinating Wedding Events experience is required
Good wine knowledge or a certified sommelier is an asset.
Should be eligible to work in Canada fulltime.
Able to work in a fastpaced environment and flexible hours.
Experience with the restaurant point of sale system and lodging property management system is an asset.
Able to work overtime is a requirement.
Able to lift, push or pull up to 40Ibs.
Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
