To fuel these efforts, Labatt's Leadership Accelerator program is designed to fast-track leadership development for experienced professionals, who belong to historically underrepresented communities in the workforce.
The program supports ambitious individuals who would like to join an organization with dreams and ambitions as big as their own.
Program members will lead a business-critical project within our Business Analytics, Digital Commerce, Finance or Procurement teams. The program includes formal mentorship, interaction with senior leaders, and an extensive development curriculum.ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Leadership Accelerator, you'll be responsible to own and execute projects on two different teams throughout the program's duration.
- Building new, or refining existing reports and tools for the organization to improve analytics
- Tracking and monitoring project results
- Developing and improving analysis/reporting templates
- Assisting in development and delivery of team presentations as required
- Presenting owned project deliverables to Senior Leaders
- Work with internal support teams and other departments to roll out project recommendations
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Applicants must have 24 years of proven work experience
- Ability to work under pressure and independently with tight timelines and limited supervision, in addition to being motivated to take on challenging projects
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with strong intuition for business and critical thinking capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with sophisticated proficiency in Excel
- Selfstarter, driven, with a high attention to detail and strong timemanagement skills
- Work well in teams with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to be persuasive
ASSETS:
- Ability to communicate (verbal/written) in French
- Familiarity with statistical tools (ex. Minitab, R, PowerBI, DataBricks, Microsoft Excel) and multidimensional cubes (ex. Cognos Planning)
- Experience with Data/statistical analysis, management & mining
- Understanding of business math, and strong financial acumen
