We are currently looking for a customer focused, energetic
Overnight Concierge to join our team on a full-time basis.

The hours for this position will be Tuesday to Saturday 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

What you will do:

Greeting building tenants and guests;
Regular patrolling buildings and ensuring entrances are secure;
Attending to tenant/guest inquiries in a professional manner (ie: order taxis, open front door, assist with packages, etc.);
Coordinating guest suites and common room bookings;
Ensuring entrance parking areas and driveways are maintained (no unauthorized parking);
Maintaining a neat and tidy working area, including main lobby and exterior entrances (entrance glass cleaning, litter pick up around immediate lobby areas, etc.);
Ensuring lobby/entrance/common rooms are kept clean & tidy;
Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

Welldeveloped customer service skills;
Excellent oral communication skills;
Able to work as part of a team and independently;
Positive, honest, and motivated;
Previous concierge experience is considered an asset.
