As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

  • As the Pressroom Assistant, you will be joining the Corporate Services Team and working in the mailroom.
  • Ensuring daily, weekly, monthly and annual tasks are completed appropriately and within established timeframes
  • Sorting and packaging of automatically generated pension documents (includes adding correct information sheets and forms/attachments as necessary)
  • Auditing of all items packed documents for quality assurance
  • Digital scanning of manual letters and documents from Pension Operations to then be validated and uploaded into the online repository
  • Preparing handling forms of daily mail and auditing of packaged documents before recording stats and handing off to Mailroom to process for mailing out
  • Maintain daily, monthly and yearly Pressroom statistics (including special projects)
  • Maintain necessary mail inserts that are used daily and monthly (MROO, handbooks etc)
  • Supporting other initiatives and projects within the mailroom, as required
To succeed in this role, you have

  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to ensure tasks are completed on a timely basis
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Prior knowledge of pension documents is an asset
