THE ROLE:Reporting to the Project Geologist, the Geotechnician provides support to the summer exploration projects located in the Athabasca Basin and for which work will be based out of remote camps. The Geotechnician will support and perform various surveys, field tests, and collect field data, participating in various geological, environmental, and possibly drilling programs within this temporary fixed term assignment.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:You have a solid background of geotechnical skills acquired from previous field experience working on exploration drilling programs or similar projects. You bring a strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, willingness to learn and be trained, and a commitment to safety and safe work practices at all times. Additional qualifications and attributes include:

• 0-2 years of similarly relevant work experience (e.g., remote field work, mining industry) is required; experience in the uranium industry is considered an asset.

• Post-secondary education in an applicable field is an asset.
• Geotechnical core logging experience is considered an asset.
• Capable of performing various field tests and willing to learn additional field test procedures as required.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully follow instructions and directions and execute tasks safely and accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with all levels of staff, contractors, and vendors to perform tasks,

share information, and achieve goals.
• Possession of a Drivers' License that is valid and in good standing, and the willingness to operate vehicles in

remote areas.
• Experience driving an ATV is an asset.
• Certified in First Aid is strongly preferred.
• Computer proficiency to complete data-entry tasks is required; Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is

preferred.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills are required to articulate, convey, clarify and report information and

progress updates to others.
• Willingness and ability to carry out work tasks and duties outdoors up to 15% of the time, team lifting up to 50 lbs

regularly, and with varying hours of work (up to 11 hours per day).
• Ability to wear and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and assigned; CSA-approved steel toe

boots are mandatory for most tasks.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with and at the direction of the Project Geologist to conduct surveys on work sites and other areas of interest, actively participating in uranium exploration field programs.

• Carry out geological core logging, sampling, and downhole borehole logging activities.
• Operate and maintain geophysical and geotechnical instruments and equipment to carry out assigned tasks.
• Conduct geotechnical core logging and investigation, collect specimens of various elements like rock, soil, water,

and minerals.
• Perform all duties and activities in accordance with Standard Operating and Work Procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The role is being offered as a temporary position starting on or about June 1st, 2024, for a term of up to 4 months.The position is based at one of Denison's exploration sites, working on a 2-week on / 2-week off rotation. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging their own travel to a designated pick-up point en-route from Denison's Saskatoon office to the Project site. Denison will provide board and lodging while at the Project site and all required PPE outside of safety boots.

OUR COMPANY:

Denison is a uranium exploration and development company listed on the NYSE American and TSX stock exchanges with interests focused in the Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan, Canada. The Company has an effective 95% interest in its flagship Wheeler River Uranium Project, which is the largest undeveloped uranium project in theinfrastructure rich eastern portion of the Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan. In mid-2023, a Feasibility Study was completed for Wheeler River's Phoenix deposit as an ISR mining operation, and an update to the previously prepared PFS was completed for Wheeler River's Gryphon deposit as a conventional underground miningoperation. Based on the respective studies, both deposits have the potential to be competitive with the lowest cost uranium mining operations in the world. Permitting efforts for the planned Phoenix ISR operation commenced in 2019 and have advanced significantly, with licensing in progress and a draft Environmental Impact Statement ('EIS') submitted for regulator and public review October 2022.

Denison's interests in Saskatchewan also include a 22.5% ownership interest in the McClean Lake Joint Venture ('MLJV'), which includes several uranium deposits and the McClean Lake uranium mill, which is contracted to process the ore from the Cigar Lake mine under a toll milling agreement, plus a 25.17% interest in the Midwest Main and Midwest A deposits and a 69.35% interest in the Tthe Heldeth Túé ('THT,' formerly J Zone) and Huskie deposits on the Waterbury Lake property. The Midwest Main, Midwest A, THT and Huskie deposits are located within 20 kilometers of the McClean Lake mill.

Through its 50% ownership of Japan (Canada) Exploration Company, Ltd ('JCU'), Denison holds additional interests in various uranium project joint ventures in Canada, including the Millennium project (JCU, 30.099%), the Kiggavik project (JCU, %) and Christie Lake (JCU, %).

Denison's exploration portfolio includes further interests in properties covering approximately 385,000 hectares in the Athabasca Basin region.
