Effective April 1, 2024, the salary range for this position is $92,920 to $135,056 per year._

_ Engaging in project governance and approvals, collaborating with other branches and areas for strategic alignment and infrastructure support. Providing oversight on project financial forecasts and executive level materials._

_HR Management:__ Handling HR aspects of team management, including recruitment, performance management, and professional development._

_Collaborating with Stakeholders:__ Working closely with business stakeholders to support technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals._

  • Previous experience as an architect, system analyst, developer, or relevant credentials in computer science.
  • Proven ability to manage all phases of largescale project delivery, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing in a multiplatform environment.
  • Analyzing complex technical challenges and proposing innovative solutions effectively.
  • Implementing industry best practices such as Digital Business Modeling, Agile Development, and Quality Assurance.
  • Assessing, identifying, and recommending technology options aligned with client needs and organizational strategic goals.

Digital Project Management and Delivery Skills:

  • Championing the delivery of better, faster, and cheaper digital services.
  • Knowledgeable in project management principles and methodologies.
