The Digital Product Manager (AUTO) is responsible for leading product development and program management for auto insurance.

This role will drive business analysis, create process flows, represent Product & Underwriting in discovery and sprints, and work with SMEs to continuously explore opportunities for product enhancement in the digital product.


Reporting to the AVP of Product & Underwriting, this is a key position that will execute our product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

You'll mentor, support, and guide the product team, and foster high engagement, working in a highly collaborative manner with other SMEs and stakeholders.

You'll take lead in empowering team members to deliver outstanding user experiences that define Duuo and achieve strategic outcomes.


How you will create impact:


  • Developing the product vision and strategy and translating this into product development goals, while maintaining an uptodate view of the competitive landscape and trends.
  • Managing all aspects of the design and build process, including requirements writing, envisioning, story mapping, design, wireframes, and master copy deck.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business models, priorities, challenges, and dependencies and ensuring alignment with scope, time and budget.
  • Developing, maintaining, and refining the product roadmap while using customer insights and usability feedback to understand consumer behaviour.
  • Ensuring productspecific objectives and key metrics are established, tracked, and monitored.

To join our team:


  • You have 35 years of experience in Digital Product Management, including experience working in an Agile environment.
  • You have a postsecondary degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • You have expert knowledge of market, client and industry trends relating to digital channels and user experiences.
  • You have working knowledge of software development, including JIRA and Confluence.
  • Having experience with insurance products and services is an asset.
