Who we're searching for:


DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Sales of wood flooring product accessories to a specific customer.
  • Manage regular and/or commercial and/or project accounts.
  • Develop and maintain the customer base and establish a highlevel ongoing relationship with their accounts.
  • Helping customers with their selections and providing them with samples.
  • Maintaining and updating all showroom displays and providing assistance.
  • Ensure all orders are entered and processed accurately.
  • Provide detailed followup on all orders ensuring that the customer receives current promotions, product launches, and other company updates.
  • Assist sales in planning company events.
  • Provide complete order fulfillment service to ensure objectives are met while exceeding customer expectations.
  • Communicate and follow up on all sales and customer servicerelated inquiries of existing and prospective clients.
  • Manage, maintain, and update the database of existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide order entry and administration support.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in Sales/Customer Service or relevant field.
  • Dependable/Reliable/Adaptable with excellent Judgement.
  • Professionalism, highly productive, ability to learn quickly.
  • Analytical, Computer/Microsoft proficient.
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking in client/project meetings.
  • Selfmanaged and highly motivated.
  • This is a fulltime Mon
