Partner with finance, human resources and communications colleagues, as well as external vendors, to support and administer the FCC employee pension program.
What you'll do:
- Review and analyze investment statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with pension governance and investment policies
- Execute daytoday operations of pensionrelated projects and strategies
- Oversee activities of thirdparty providers
- Develop and implement pension education and communication strategies
- Monitor and research industry trends
- Collaborate with service providers and monitors agreements with external vendors

- Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective communicator with sound judgment able to explain tactics and strategies
What you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, actuarial science or economics and at least three years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience); enrolment in or completion of related professional designation is an asset
- Indepth understanding of project and vendor management
- Knowledge of pension legislation and administration
