Partner with finance, human resources and communications colleagues, as well as external vendors, to support and administer the FCC employee pension program.

What you'll do:

Review and analyze investment statements and reports
Ensure compliance with pension governance and investment policies
Execute daytoday operations of pensionrelated projects and strategies
Oversee activities of thirdparty providers
Develop and implement pension education and communication strategies
Monitor and research industry trends
Collaborate with service providers and monitors agreements with external vendors

What you'll need:

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, actuarial science or economics and at least three years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience); enrolment in or completion of related professional designation is an asset
Indepth understanding of project and vendor management
Knowledge of pension legislation and administration
