Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies.
  • Provide support to the manager in daytoday operations.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide customer service support when needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Train, motivate, and develop staff members to ensure high performance standards are met.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Pay:
$25.00-$29.00 per hour
