Role and Responsibilities:


  • Works with CDMO to generate and review proposals, SOW's, and change orders
  • Serves as main point of contact for CDMO clients
  • Leads and manages the product launch and technology transfer processes with the CDMO's clients
  • Leads, tracks, follows up and monitors project timelines, scope and budget to ensure alignment with project deliverables
  • Coordinates and ensures that documents are provided to the CDMO's clients and that requests are met in a timely manner
  • Leads meetings consisting of cross functional teams to address CDMO's clients' requests
  • Leads and manages other Project Managers on the various streams of the project
  • Makes use of appropriate project management tools such as MS Project, actions logs and others as required
  • Provides updates to Senior Management, as well as escalates issues impacting timelines and/or deliverables

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of related industry experience
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical principles and practices required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
  • Team player and able to work independently with little or no supervision
