Your main responsabilities

  • Regularly monitor tender platforms, government websites and other relevant sources.
  • Filter invitations to tender according to their relevance and fit with the firm's activities.
  • Organize and maintain an uptodate database of current and past tenders.
  • Coordinate efforts with relevant departments to gather the necessary elements for the preparation of bids.
  • Assemble various documents and perform quality control to ensure quality standards.
  • Monitor competitor activities in the area of tendering.
  • Perform other related tasks including administrative.

Your profile

  • College diploma in a relevant field
  • One (1) to three (3) years' experience in a similar position
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (French language skills, an asset)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (advanced level of Word) and Adobe PDF
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a concern for order and quality
