Golden Equity Properties specializes in acquiring and managing multi-unit residential properties in Quebec and Ontario since 2001.

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our expanding residential buildings in Ontario.
Only individuals with experience in managing residential rental properties will be considered for an interview

What You Will Be Responsible for

Leasing and Administrative Tasks
- Request and update rental vacancy information, maintain the availability list, and update signs accordingly
- Complete necessary paperwork for potential tenants and conduct unit viewings when required
- Possess good knowledge of market rental rates
- Ensure timely remittance of rents and other payments to the Head Office
- Oversee move-in and move-out processes, conduct inspections, and manage leasing agreements
- Maintain property/building security
- Prepare detailed insurance/incident reports for any damages or accidents
- Coordinate lease documentations and administrative duties such as tenant information upkeep and scheduling services
- Ensure apartments are ready for move-in on agreed dates
- Provide necessary forms for the Landlord Tenant Board

Maintenance and Operations
Supervise building maintenance and cleaning staff

Emergency Response


Coordinate emergency responses like fire, flood, power failures, and communicate events to the Head Office promptly.


Requirements for the Role

  • Qualifications:
  • High School diploma required, University Degree preferred
  • Previous experience in real estate industry necessary
  • Familiarity with Landlord Tenant Board an asset
  • Familiarity with YARDI Real estate accounting software an asset
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions accurately and perform tasks promptly

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
