Description
We are looking for
a Lead Hand Supervisor for our client located in
Mississauga, ON. And they are specialized in the Manufacturing of various Metals.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervises, assigns and coordinates the work activities of subordinates.
  • Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules, the priority of sheet metal expenditures, and procedures for equipment maintenance.
  • Estimates material and labor.
  • Monitors the acquisition and use of materials.
  • Maintains time, payroll, work order, material, equipment, and other sheet metal shop records, and submits reports as required.
  • The metal manufacturing industry, CNC machines, laser cutting, forming, fabrication, and manufacturing of gauges and valves.

Requirements:


  • Strong knowledge of the metal manufacturing industry.
  • A keen eye for detail and a resultsdriven approach
  • Good communication abilities
  • Experience required.

Location:
Mississauga, ON


Timings: 8:00am to 4:30pm (Mon-Fri)


Pay Rate:
$22.00-$35.00 per hour (negotiable)


Salary:
$22.00-$35.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- construction: 1 year (preferred)
