Description

The Junior Business Analyst is an entry level role be focused on supporting Senior Management within our Persona Facility. Responsibilities will change on a day to day basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting with prioritization of organizational improvements
Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the organization
Responsible for providing recommendations for improvements, and developing strategies to implement solutions to the recommendations
Responsible for collecting and analyzing information through:
Coordinated research
Preparing reports
Presenting information to stakeholders
Responsible for providing advice on business decisions
Responsible for performing SWOT analysis on projects
Responsible for developing:
Documentation
Policies
Operating procedures

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Bachelor's degree in business management, or related field is preferred
Ability to deal with stress and changing priorities
Microsoft Suite (Excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook)
Interest in leadership and potential future leadership roles
Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Willingness to help other groups/business units
Able to develop or create:
Documentation
Policies
Operating procedures
Standards
Able to formulate and manage projects by defining deliverables and identifying resources
Able to write and design comprehensive reports
