Tenco Inc, part of Alamo Snow & Ice, has come a long way in recent years. Our snow and ice removal equipment is sold all over the world From airport runways to hundreds of kilometers of highway, Tenco trucks travel farther and longer to repel unwanted snow.

As a Parts Clerk at our Mississauga division, your mission will be to ensure quality customer service by responding to customers' needs and effectively advising them in their choice of parts.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

Take service calls, provide advice, and offer respectful and courteous

- customer service;

Conduct necessary research in various information sources, document and

- update prices to facilitate future searches;

Enter purchase orders and customer orders;
Produce quotations and manage them;
Follow up on customer orders (back orders);
Perform invoicing;
Manage credit cards;
Produce inventory transfers between branches;
Follow up on parts orders;
Assist the shipping/receiving department as needed;
Follow up on purchase orders with the purchasing department.

Requested skills and qualifications

Completed high school diploma or equivalent;
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer servicerelated field;
Flexibility regarding work schedule;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in French;
MS Office environment (Excel and Word) and knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and order tracking systems;
Ability to solve problems quickly and proactively;
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service;
Interest and understanding of product and technical specifications for parts;
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
