We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team for an exciting summer camp program.

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of engaging activities and events for camp participants.

This is a seasonal position for the following dates:
July 17th to July 28th and July 31st to August 11th.

Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a diverse range of activities and events suitable for camp participants.
Coordinate and schedule activities, ensuring a wellbalanced and engaging program.
Collaborate with camp staff to align event logistics, resources, and participant requirements.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of camp participants during all events and activities.
Maintain accurate records of event details, attendance, and feedback for future improvements.
Assist with the setup, teardown, and cleanup of event spaces and equipment.
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and camp participants regarding event schedules and updates.

Requirements:

Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or similar roles is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with camp participants, parents, and staff.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and needs during the summer camp program.
Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
First Aid and CPR certification is desirable.
