Event Coordinator for Summer Camp - Toronto, Canada - TAIE International Institute
Description
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team for an exciting summer camp program.
As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of engaging activities and events for camp participants.
This is a seasonal position for the following dates:July 17th to July 28th and July 31st to August 11th.

Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a diverse range of activities and events suitable for camp participants.
- Coordinate and schedule activities, ensuring a wellbalanced and engaging program.
- Collaborate with camp staff to align event logistics, resources, and participant requirements.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of camp participants during all events and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of event details, attendance, and feedback for future improvements.
- Assist with the setup, teardown, and cleanup of event spaces and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and camp participants regarding event schedules and updates.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or similar roles is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with camp participants, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and needs during the summer camp program.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
- First Aid and CPR certification is desirable.

Salary:
$22.00-$24.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
