Your role:
- Supervise and facilitate daily activities and ceremonies for both Payment Hub project squads
- Support product owners (PO) in prioritizing and refining activities
- Support project managers in managing their initiatives soundly (budgets, timelines, risks, and issues, etc.)
- Coach your lessexperienced colleagues on using Agile methodology and suggest improvements that support the delivery of functions
- Diagnose problem situations and facilitate their resolution by ensuring solutions are put in place
- Identify the risks and issues inherent to initiatives in a consistent, proactive manner
- Manage stakeholders and maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators
- Support your team and other managers of initiatives in managing interdependencies and roadblocks

The IT team is made up of more than 2,300 proactive, collaborative experts who work with agility to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve our processes.
Tools such as the Data Academy, language training, the Harvard Learning Center as well as coaching and mentoring support are available to you, at all times.
Prerequisites:
- A completed bachelor's degree or completed diploma in a related field plus several years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in a Scrum Master role, essential
- Experience in projects affecting IT and the employee experience, an asset
- Analytical and criticalthinking skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to summarize information for people at all levels of the organization
- Cooperative, accountable
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
