We are seeking a Route Administrator, based in either Stratford or London. The primary responsibilities will be to support the Ontario Route team with scheduling, invoicing, and general administrative duties.

Route Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Processing billing submissions for route technicians and service contract management using a computerized business program.
  • Customer telephone support and Front counter service support.
  • Technician administrative support including scheduled work preparation and distribution.
  • Update system pricing and print/distribute price lists.
  • Assist Route Manager and Shop Technicians with other tasks.
  • Service and sales department hours tracking and verification.
  • Other duties as required.

Route Administrator Requirements:


  • 2 Year Business Administration/ Accounting/ General Diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a team
  • Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word)
  • Accounting software experience would be an asset
