Position Overview


As an Equipment Technician you will complete moisture readings, equipment drop off and placement, oversee water drainage buckets, clean equipment, and complete appropriate paperwork.


Responsibilities

  • Record moisture readings on various materials: flooring, drywall, ceilings, framework
  • Sign out appropriate equipment and deliver to various work sites across the city.
  • Place equipment in proper areas and lay down floor protection.
  • Ensure water drainage buckets are emptied.
  • Occasionally required to participate in 24 hour on call rotation and respond with a maximum sense of urgency
  • Some evening and weekend hours are necessary as we are a 24/7 disaster response company.
  • Paperwork as required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license and willingness to drive range of company vehicles
  • Must have ability to life up to 50lbs and work from heights.
  • Must be able to take moisture readings.
  • Must be able to work with technology.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Must be able to work alongside people and alone.
