Description
We are a mid-sized real estate law firm in Toronto, specializing in residential and private mortgage transactions.Responsibilities:
- Open and maintain files and documents related to residential and/or private mortgage transactions
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, and signings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other legal documents
- Bank runs, preparing packages, mail and couriers
- Tracking and ordering inventory
- General office upkeep
- Correspond directly with clients
- Provide administrative support
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Works or similar document management software for efficient file organization
- Accurate data entry skills
- Familiarity with phone etiquette to handle incoming calls professionally and direct them appropriately
- Strong administrative skills to handle office tasks
- Excellent organizational skills

$40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
