Description
We are a mid-sized real estate law firm in Toronto, specializing in residential and private mortgage transactions.


Responsibilities:


  • Open and maintain files and documents related to residential and/or private mortgage transactions
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, and signings
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other legal documents
  • Bank runs, preparing packages, mail and couriers
  • Tracking and ordering inventory
  • General office upkeep
  • Correspond directly with clients
  • Provide administrative support

Skills:


  • Strong time management skills to effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Works or similar document management software for efficient file organization
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette to handle incoming calls professionally and direct them appropriately
  • Strong administrative skills to handle office tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills

Job Types:

Salary:
$40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
