Main responsibilities

  • Establishes personalized telephone contact with the client. Creates a climate of trust.
Educates and advises our clients on our products that meets their needs, and excels at building relationships.

  • Able to provide "wow factor" service to clients so they wish to have all their insurance and financial services needs met by us, as well as those of their friends and family.
  • An expert on client follow up, follow through and follow back.
  • Able to help clients understand the need for Life and Health insurance and book their review appointment.

Qualifications

  • 2 years or more of exceptional customer service experience
  • General level 1 Insurance Licensed
  • Be extremely coachable, a quick learner and love ongoing training
