About the Role‍**:

Responsibilities:

Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Interact with and grow a community while executing marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness
Define most important KPI's
Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
Write, copy and create content whether memes, Twitter teasers, threads, competitions, announcements, etc.
Transform long media and research content into digestible, shareable social media content
Strategic planning & tactical handson execution with social channels including Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and others as necessary
Prepare social media briefing materials, including key messages, analytics, past learnings, and recommendations
Communicate with leading industry professionals and top engagers to create a strong network
Collaborate with marketing/product development team to create content aligned with company branding and expectations

Requirements:

Post-Secondary Education in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
3+ years of social media marketing experience
Proven ability to build and grow large social media communities
Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform
Experience developing social media strategies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and produce results under pressure
Basic knowledge regarding web3 and blockchain (Advanced knowledge preferred)
Experience in Discord Server management
