Description

We are currently seeking a
Business Analyst (Bilingual) to join our team
REMOTE in the
Canada (EST work hours).

Lead and conduct business analysis to assess client's business problems/opportunities and documents the business requirements in such a way that technology solutions can be determined.
Assist with the development of strategies and preparation business cases, for business IT initiatives.
Conduct business modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical data modeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys; business rules definition and nonfunctional requirements definitions for assigned projects.
Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
Develop and document statements of requirements for considered alternatives.
Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database content, structure, Application subsystems.
Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within Application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems.
Establish acceptance test criteria with client.
Support and use the selected departmental methodologies.
Monitor progress, resolve problems and report regularly to IT management and clients' decision makers.
Develop performance measures for business analysis evaluation and conducts followup.
Use appropriate tools to document conceptual requirements and scope.
Conduct and document JAD sessions.
Maintain awareness of emerging IT trends and technologies.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years experience working as a Business Analyst within the last 10 years.
3+ years experience working with Power Platform (Canvas app and Power Automate).
3+ years experience working with SPO (SPO lists).
3+ years experience working with Microsoft 36 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Previous experience with Modernizing Business Applications would be an asset.
Must be fluently bilingual (spoken and written) in both English and French.
Must hold or be willing to obtain Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance.
