Description

Primary point of contact for our customers at ArcelorMittal Hamilton East. You will be responsible for the high standard of care that our customers will receive.

Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate entry of customer orders in SAP.
Communicate with customers, the Customer Service Manager and the Sales Manager order status, changes, overages, credit release and final shipment of orders.
Ensure that all reasonable measures are taken to meet delivery requirements through communication with other departments.
Ensure paperwork for complaints, returns and customer credits is processed and forwarded to the Customer Service Manager for approval without undue delay.
Maintain high standard of office morale, discipline, punctuality, attendance and deportment.

Requirements:

Post Secondary Sales & Marketing.
Three years in similar business (steel).
Be customer service oriented.
Possess excellent analytical skills and good problemsolving skills.
Having knowledge of the Microsoft office suite, knowing SAP is an asset.
Have a good team spirit.
