Position Description

Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities

External support:

  • Frequently meet with clients (virtually or in person) to build relationships, understand their logístical challenges, perform demos of our platform, and provide solutions through B2B sales
  • Build customized reports and present trackable metrics to business clients for reviewing their fleets' performance
  • Have touchpoints with clients through followups after a new service onboarding for quality assurance

Internal support:

  • Seek out opportunities for net new product growth and customer prospects
  • Build relationships with our vehicle sales teams Canada wide to become a trusted advisor of datadriven recommendations, such as sales opportunities
  • Periodically conduct market research & competitive analysis and find innovative solutions to common or emerging fleet challenges

Key Attributes and Skills

  • 2+ years in sales support, preferably for a tech product or SaaS program
  • Strong skills in working with data, building spreadsheets in Excel or other data platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident presenter and experienced in giving & building presentations in PowerPoint
  • Wellversed in understanding reports, charts and working with Excel or spreadsheets
Preferred Competencies

  • Experience with data visualization tools a plus (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience in the fleet industry or automotive sales
  • Experience in the customer service industry


The salary range for this position is $35,000 to 40,000 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications and market demand.

In addition to base salary and benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
