What you will do:
Humber's Creative Talent Booking Centre is thrilled to invite dynamic individuals to join our team as Talent Liaisons (TLs) This role presents recent graduates of media and creative arts programs with a unique opportunity to specialize in their
field.
You'll provide mentorship and direction to current students, actively contributing to their growth and supporting clients in achieving their goals.
As a liaison, you'll serve as the link between the CTBC and industry-led projects.This involves coordinating logistics with clients and working closely with the Talent Booking Coordinator to ensure the seamless coordination of job assignments.
The TL is the main contact for students and employers, ensuring active coordination and support. In this dynamic role, you'll act as a project manager and the driving force behind student success, preparing them for assignments, offeringconstructive feedback, and providing essential support.
What you bring to the role:
Education:
- 2year College Diploma in a related field, such as arts, media, communications, music, film, design and/or web development
Experience and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in creative advertising or a related field.
Skilled in cultivating positive connections with employers and industry partners.
Attention to detail with proficiency in database operations.
Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to students.
