Description

Responsibilities:


  • Deliver instructorled (inperson or virtual) classroom training to endusers on a regular basis
  • Deliver engaging and informative webinars on a recurring basis
  • Assist in developing and maintaining technical training content, lab exercises, presentations, takehome materials, and other accompanying educational content
  • Design and develop engaging course content and learning activities for virtual, inperson, and eLearning modalities with continuous improvement cycles
  • Communicate with our Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Professional Services teams to identify popular training concepts to develop and deliver
  • May be asked to write instructional content for eLearning product training courses

Basic Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience supporting customers with Onprem solutions, cloud and SaaS products
  • Understanding of DevOps, SRE and system administration including familiarity with scripting in BASH, Python, Ruby and/or other languages
  • Understand types of system (node) that you write a job against, Linux/Redhat, Using SSH, Windows
  • Experience with Command Line, Network Engineering Basics, Host/DNS Names, Basic Connections for Computers, Orchestration of Jobs and deployments as Tasks and Sessions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Ansible
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
  • General understanding of Adult Education practices and principles
  • Multilingual an asset
The base salary range for this position is 77, ,000 CAD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and benefits.
