In your role, you will:

Develop maintenance strategies in collaboration with our service partners.
Plan and organize preventive maintenance jobs for Bombardier production and building equipment.
Validate quality of preventive maintenance plans with entrepreneurs.
Validate that all documentation is delivered on time.
Validate that all maintenance contracts are up to date and represented properly the maintenance requirements.
Enter purchase orders and request for quote, of equipment that need repairs
Validation of price for yearly maintenance plans
Update budget
Create purchase order
Approving invoices and follow ups.
Analyse contrats to make sure that the maintenance plan is optimal.
Keep the vendor files and information up to date.

Qualifications

You have a college degree in a technical field : Building maintenance, Hvac or mecanical
You are bilingual french and english, in both written and oral.
You are able to manage time in a high volume job environment.
You have 2 to 5 years of experience
You have good knowledge of MS project suite
You have good knowledge with an ERP module (Maximo)
