Description
We are looking for a Logistics coordinator/dispatcher to join our growing company.

Duties of the Logistics dispatcher are as follows:

  • Ensure smooth running of logistics operation
  • Ensure routes are in an efficient delivery order and weights are sufficiently balanced with outgoing equipment.
  • Create dispatch for the following day and assign drivers according to start times, and pickup/delivery times.
  • Assist in any unfinished data entry, manifesting, dispatching, scanning, photocopying bills etc. Ensure that manifests, invoices records, and files, are completed, maintained, and correct
  • Provide quality customer service and answer driver and customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Work in cooperation with other departments and within operations.
A construction background is recommended to better understand the names of the materials/equipment that are required to be transported.

This position is a full time, 9 hour minimum/day position.


Salary:
$20.00-$28.00 per hour
