Responsibilities:


  • Deliver on the business's KPI's across Key Accounts in Wholesale and Vape channels.
  • Partner with retail Key Account, Wholesale and Vape channel outlets in Alberta region, establishing excellent relationships within your territory through a range of key contacts to sell new products and meet the customer's needs.
  • Build customer advocacy for our brands by educating retailers on industry legislation.
  • Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability and coverage targets within your defined area.
  • Ensure that our trade incentives and activities are put to the best use.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity.
  • Identify new business opportunities by having knowledge of the category and shopper behaviour instore.

Job requirements:


  • Solid experience in Business Development and Key Account Management
  • Experience working with top distributors such as PSI, Smoke Arsenal, Valor etc. would be a plus.
  • Selfsupportive, managing time and resources effectively.
  • Have strong communication and people skills, and the ability to build rapport and relationships quickly.
  • Able to demonstrate good initiative and to proactively implement projects that benefits the business
  • Able to set selfstretching targets.
  • Efficient, accurate and timely in the administration associated with the role

Job Types:

Salary:
$75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
