Capgemini is looking for a Workday Integration Consultant on a fulltime position based in Montreal, QC, Canada.


Responsibilities:


  • The Workday Integration Consultant will play a key role in collaborating with internal and external recruit data consumers to draft requirements, drive configuration, build and facilitate testing, and enable data distribution through our HR APIs.
  • Collaborate across various teams
  • Collaborate and communicate across various teams and data consumers
  • Document the functional requirements and catalogue use cases and definitions for metrics.
  • Create a datamapping inventory between current and future state systems at both a micro data element and macrodata ecosystem level.
  • Coordinate with internal MS technologists and external vendor implementation partner to write requirements for sourcing data using Workday.
  • Deliver APIs and custom RaaS reports.
  • Conduct unit testing of business process and configuration requirements recommend solutions to enhance improve the data model for API consumption and coordination modifications with Workday and HR API team.
  • Facilitate and coordinate testing for downstream system consumers including setting up regular meetings with functional and technical users to define testing schedules sequencing of scenario testing and managing test case entry.
  • Troubleshoot integrations and consult with HR API teams to respond to data quality tickets and investigations.

Required Skills:


  • 58 years' experience with business analytics and data integration including data mapping and testing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Workday HCM, recruiting including business processes configuration, and reporting.
  • Robust project management organizational and analytical skills.
  • Keen attention to details and ability to document changes processes and test plans.
  • Excellent problem solving analytical and troubleshooting skills.
