Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Microsoft Teams & Zoom- Video editing, marketing, graphic design experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- McGill University is an English-language university where day-to-day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing.

The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level # (3) on a scale of 0-4 Other languages an asset


Preferred knowledge of:

  • Social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite), assessment tools (e.g. Google Analytics & Meta Insights)
  • Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Microsoft Sharepoint
