We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our dealership, greeting customers and visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
Provide information about our dealership's services and assist customers with general inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage the dealership's appointment calendar.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.

Schedule:

Part-Time position afternoon, evening and weekend availability is needed
