Job Summary:


Sussex Realty is seeking a Summer Helper to assist our Reisdent Manager with seasonal, cleaning, and minor maintenance duties at our condominium complex at 300 Roslyn Rd.

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.


Duties:


  • Pool and pool area cleaning
  • Watering
  • Debris clean up around the property
  • Minor painting
  • Using a pressure washer
  • General cleaning

Job Types:
Full-time, Seasonal


Pay:
From $16.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- construction: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Class 5 Licence (preferred)
