Automotive Internal Service Administrator

Universal Ford Lincoln has had tremendous success and growth over the past two years, including The President Award for 2021.

We pride ourselves on how hard we have worked to provide the best situation for our staff possible, as well as increase our customer loyalty and retention.

We have grown our team, promoted several people from within, and built on our brand. We set new records last year, and so far, this year have already surpassed those. We are now looking to continue that growth by adding a
Full-Time Internal Service Administrator.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the role of the Internal Service Administrator is to provide support and coverage where needed within the Service Department.

As this is a newly created position tasks may be adjusted and modified throughout the position. The position requires flexibility and the willingness to learn to support other facets of the business.

Responsibilities:

Assist the internal advisor as required
Close and book work orders
Finalize and submit fleet work orders
Handle purchase orders
Ensure sublets are finalized for payment
Cashier Coverage
Filing
Be a safety advocate and report to management for anything seen that may be unsafe for either customers or employees
Be willing to be trained in other jobs so the entire department is supported if needed

Requirements:

Phone etiquette (answering phones, dealing with customers/vendors in a positive manner) is a must
Bookkeeping, ADP, and dealership and collision industry experience would all be assets
Is a selfstarter, has multitasking and prioritizing skills, interpersonal and team building skills, problem solving and decisionmaking skills, excellent communication skills (including verbal, listening, and written)

Compensation and Benefits
Wage $40,000- $45,000/year
