Your expertise in knitwear will guide the creation of sweaters that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also comfortable and durable


How will you support the team?

  • Collaborate closely with the Design Team to understand the vision and feasibility of sweater designs.
  • Lead the fit session process, analyzing garment construction and fit to ensure each sweater is proportional, balanced, and true to the original design concept.
  • Draft detailed specification sheets and sewing guidelines, focusing on knitspecific elements.
  • Finalize Tech-Packs for imported styles by identifying relevant measuring points and provide the basic measurements for the style and selected fabrics.
  • Verifiy preproduction and TOP samples, and report corrections to be made if needed and record them on Tech-Packs.
  • Produce the styles and share them with the Production Team.
  • Analyze all styles and measurements at the end of each season and provide recommendations.
  • Communicate and followup with suppliers regarding any required modifications to Tech-Packs.

Qualifications The people who thrive with us have**:

  • A Fashion Design Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in fit, technical design, or pattern making within the knitwear or sweater category
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency is French and English (Written and Spoken to efficiently communicate with internal and external partners)
