The Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) is an impact investor, working in partnership with governments, Indigenous communities and the private sector to invest in infrastructure that benefits Canadians.


By attracting and leveraging private sector and institutional investment in revenue-generating infrastructure projects in the public interest, we are building a portfolio of investments in key sectors including transit, clean power, green infrastructure, trade & transportation and broadband that will support action on climate change, foster economic growth, connect Canadians and help close the Indigenous infrastructure gap.


With a demonstrated background in recruiting in a professional services industry, the Recruiter will support the growing hiring needs of our organization.

The incumbent would also help to develop, implement, and manage the Campus/University recruitment program.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will have an opportunity to expand your internal and external networks and support all of the organization's hiring goals in a creative and strategic manner.

Your responsibilities include

  • Work closely with and coach hiring managers on standard recruitment processes and interview best practices
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to build a campus recruitment program that includes diversity recruitment and brand development
  • Organize and attend on campus/virtual events aimed at raising program awareness
  • Lead miscellaneous talent acquisition initiatives and projects
Your ideal profile

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting for finance/investment professionals; experience in financial services an asset
  • Previous campus recruitment experience and/or related experience spearheading talent acquisition initiatives and projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated analytic, problemsolving and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of all HR functional areas and practices including applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices; experience working in HR is an asset
  • Possesses a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, and confidentiality
  • Bilingual French/English an asset
