As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

TENANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
In conjunction with Operational teams, conduct property inspections with the intention of identifying maintenance issues or safety concerns that could negatively impact the customer or tenant experience
Maintain the tenant manual and coordinate updates
Maintain vacant suites to Oxford's standard and assist the leasing team as required
Prepare tenant memos as required
Lease interpretation and ensure adherence to requirements
Ensure tenant visitations are updated in the CRM module
Ensure prompt and courteous attention to customer requests/concerns as required


REPORTING
Assist in ensuring all reports are prepared accurately and in a timely manner
Assist with annual budget preparation and quarterly reforecasting/reporting
Assist with preparation and presentation of internal & co-owner meetings and presentations
Assist with monthly accruals and management reporting, including capital tracking
Assist with sales collection from tenants, inputting, monthly ranking reports and sales audits


ACCOUNT RECEIVABLES
Support the Property Administration Team to ensure accuracy of billings, and collections are received on time
As required, continue collection efforts after Property Administrator's initial collection efforts
Assist with default preparation and delivery notices to customers with respect to landlord remedies under lease, recommend legal action to SPM and GM, and assist legal counsel as required


To succeed in this role, you:
Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office required
Demonstrates analytical decision-making and customer service skills
Demonstrates excellent communication skills both written and oral
Demonstrates excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates the ability to be a team
- player and displays leadership qualities
Strong interpersonal skills are required to build relationships
