Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our team.

You will be working with an experienced baker who is responsible for following recipes, ensuring quality and adherence to food safety standards.

Your role will involve mixing, forming, proofing and baking as well as providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced food industry environment.

Requirements:

Be passionate about their craft, love food, love fresh ingredients
Team player
Possess a calm demeanour but have a sense of urgency as required
Detail oriented, you DO sweat the small stuff
Must thrive in a multitasking, fast paced working environment
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Superb time management and organizational skills
Ability to work early morning shifts
Must be creative and innovative yet able to adjust style to suite specific needs and requests as required
Journeyman/Red Seal Certification an asset
The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, but the occasional weekend may be required.
