What you bring to the role:
Education:
Experience/Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge with developing and managing internal funding competitions, development of Grant Develop guidelines and procedures for grant writing and implementation of grants.
- Exemplary skills in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Knowledge of and experience in administration, management, budgeting, human resource development, conflict resolution and meeting management.
- Knowledge of the college community and administrative infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, selfmotivated, organized, detailoriented and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Assets:
- Advanced knowledge of all Tri-Council regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of principles of Universal Design (theory and praxis).
- Advanced knowledge of principles of Experiential Learning frameworks (theory and praxis).
- Advanced knowledge and skill designing and implementing research methodologies.
