Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide support, direction and coaching to students.
  • Manage daily teaching and training Review and update curriculum as necessary.
  • Provide practical guidance and handson training to the students on various clinical research and drug safety, GCP, and Clinical Trials.
  • Provide handson training and guidance to the students on SOP development, study protocols.
  • Mentor and guide students in their job search and career development.
  • Follow AAPS company's standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program.
  • Participate in longrange planning and budgeting processes.

Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Requirements:

  • Permanent residency and/or Canadian citizenship
  • Minimum B.Sc. degree with equivalent experience, M.Sc. is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years Canadian working experience in a clinical research environment
  • Experience in relevant scientific and technical principles required for clinical research and drug safety
  • Must have sound communication and writing skills
  • Detail oriented and strong decision making, problem solving capability is required
  • Prior teaching and/or training experience is an asset
