Description

Responsibilities:

Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the store
Help recruit, train, and supervise store staff
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
Assist with inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process
Assist in creating work schedules for staff members
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register when needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Requirements:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of store management principles and practices
Proficient in using pointofsale systems and other retail software
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
